A truly beautiful vintage dress form, made especially striking by its naturally aged warm linen and extraordinary timeworn patina. Years of fading and discoloration have created almost painterly markings across the form—imperfections that give this piece its wonderful sense of history.
The original metal neck cap and finial remain, adding a lovely industrial contrast to the softened textile. A length of antique French lace is included, beautiful loosely draped around the neck or allowed to fall naturally down the front.
A sculptural piece on its own, and one that feels perfectly at home in an old French country cottage, atelier or collected interior.
