Shipping & Handling

Every order is prepared with care from our Michigan studio. Flat rate shipping is applied to all items within the continental United States.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada:

Please email kari@the-collected.com prior to placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote (larger, heavier items cannot be shipped to these locations).

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. We do our best to ship seasonal and time-sensitive orders sooner whenever possible. If you need an order shipped quickly, please notify us at the time of your order (via email) and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We primarily ship USPS Priority, ground advantage, media mail or UPS ground. All Jeanne d’ Arc Living magazine are shipped USPS media mail with an email fulfillment confirmation. Please email us directly to request further tracking information.

For larger or heavier items, we are happy to arrange local pick up or delivery in the state of Michigan (only). These items will be noted in the listing as a non-shipped item only. Orders exceeding a certain value may require a signature upon delivery. All items ship from our Metro Detroit area studio. Michigan sales tax is applied to orders within the state.

Non-combined shipping items:
Please note: There are certain items noted with NO combined shipping options—meaning they have to ship in a single box with no other items packed together due to heaviness or fragility. This will be listed in the item description. If a non-combined shipping item is added to your shopping cart with multiple items, the item will be canceled and restocked. We will notify you directly via email.

*Orders must be opened and inspected within two days of receiving. Any shipping and/or delivery issues must be brought to our attention immediately.

One-of-a-kind Pieces

Each piece offered through The Collected is hand - selected and one of a kind. To keep inventory accurate and fair, the website automatically processes the first payment completed at the time of checkout. If an items is in your cart or appears to be processing, it may still sell if another payment finalizes first. This ensures each treasure finds its rightful home as seamlessly as possible. IF you happen to miss an item and have your heart set on it, please email us directly to find one similar. We do offer this service.


Return Policy

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Vintage and antique goods most often come with varying amounts of aging and every effort is made to highlight the item with photos and a written description. Please contact our team directly by sending an email with any questions for further details other than the description in the listing.


Payment & Customer Information

We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards for payment. We also accept Klarna and Afterpay as alternative options. Customer order information is only used to process your order and is never shared with anyone. Customer email addresses are used to send shipment updates and occasional updates on The Collected sales and shop updates.
