Vintage Italian Florentine “Morning” Decoupage Vase
A romantic vintage Italian vase inspired by the decorative traditions of Florence and Tuscany. The softly distressed surface is finished in faded blush pink, creamy ivory and touches of aged gold, creating the wonderfully timeworn appearance of an old European find.
At the center is a decoupage rendering of “Morning,” after the celebrated Neoclassical work by Danish sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen. Delicate painted and gilded details surround the image, while the intentionally aged finish gives the entire piece its beautiful faded character.
