Antique Copper Vessel with Dried Garden Hydrangeas

A non-combined shipping item. Please do not combine with any other items at checkout.

A beautiful antique copper vessel, chosen for the extraordinary patina that has developed naturally across its surface over time. Warm burnished copper is layered with areas of verdigris, darkened oxidation and traces of turquoise-green, creating the wonderfully imperfect finish we love in old European pieces.

The vessel has a generous rounded form set upon a small pedestal base, with an old wooden handle and decorative lion-head mounts adding another layer of character. Every angle reveals a different variation in the aged copper—from deep brown and warm rust to that unmistakable blue-green patina.

We have filled it with a generous gathering of naturally dried hydrangeas from our garden, in faded shades of parchment, blush, muted pink and soft green. The hydrangeas are included, allowing you to recreate the layered arrangement shown or use them separately throughout your home.

A beautiful marriage of garden and antique—something that feels as though it has been sitting on the worktable of an old European cottage for generations.

Size & Details:
Approximately 16”
Antique copper vessel

Styling Suggestions:
Fill generously with the included hydrangeas and allow the flowers to feel slightly loose and overflowing rather than perfectly arranged. Beautiful on an old farm table, kitchen island, garden-room worktable or atop a European pine cupboard. Once the seasons change, remove the hydrangeas and fill with gathered branches, winter greens or simply leave the vessel empty—the incredible copper patina makes it a beautiful object all on its own.
