The Københavner Vase is a natural extension of Bergs Potter’s iconic Københavner pot — originally inspired by the historic pottery crafted for the Royal Danish Palace of Fredensborg in 1860. Designed by the second generation of the Berg family, this piece honors that heritage while introducing a fresh material: hand-crafted glass.
Delicate scalloped detailing at the rim mirrors the original castle pot design, blending royal tradition with modern minimalism. The transparency of the glass allows stems, bulbs, and branches to become part of the composition — making it just as beautiful empty as it is filled.
